About the role
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Take ownership of specific workflows, developing and implementing robust data and reporting practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and perform impact analysis
- Develop, document, and deliver functional reporting solutions
- Serve as a change agent in process improvements
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Train and mentor junior analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or relevant experience
- 4+ years in an analytical role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Robust quality control skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and SQL
