About the role
- Executes manual and automated testing by writing scripts and creating automation scenarios
- Designs, tests, and deploys effective test automation solutions
- Documents and plans test cases
- Writes test automation scripts
- Troubleshoots existing automation
- Supports functional validation and sprint activities
- Communicates with development teams and management
- Builds upon existing framework to develop automated test plans
- Identifies and reports defects
- Continuous improvement of automation framework and workflows
Requirements
- 8+ years of QA automation experience
- Expertise in Test Automation
- Deep Understanding of CI/CD
- Strategic Test Planning
- Knowledge of Testing Methodologies
- API Testing Skills
- Scripting and Programming Skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Demonstrated experience in leading quality initiatives across multiple teams or programs
- Experience in defining organizational quality vision and strategy
