About the role
- Maintain regular communication with mid to large size clients
- Align existing client practices with HCM Cloud methods
- Troubleshoot issues
- Propose best practice solutions
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality
- Configure Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements
- Lead and present to clients and internally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.)
- 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience
- Module-specific experience in Absence Management and Time and Labor
- 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Oracle certified in your modules of expertise
- Experience providing complex solutions to clients
