About the role
- Lead end-to-end financial planning and forecasting across the P&L, including annual budgets and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain advanced three statement financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Own the creation and evolution of dashboards and reporting tools in BI and EPM platforms.
- Partner with department heads to align investment strategies with business objectives .
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting against budget, forecast, and actuals.
- Establish scalable processes for financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
- Analyze company performance, identifying key KPIs and SaaS metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present insights for monthly and quarterly board reporting.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and ad hoc analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., nested logic functions, lookups, Index/Match).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in a PE or VC-backed business is a plus.
