About the role
- oversee and manage all aspects of food service operations during overnight hours
- ensure high-quality dining experiences by developing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs and tastes
- supervise staff, maintain operational standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- lead the front of the house of the dining operation
- plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities
- ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience
- at least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments
- ability to demonstrate excellent customer service

- requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
