About the role
- Provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE).
- Responsible for management and administration of several imperative HR processes.
- Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COEs.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives – engagement action plan development and follow-up.
- Talent Acquisition – corporate point of contact for programs.
- Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed.
Requirements
- HR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent.
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Ability to train and make presentations will also be required.
