About the role

  • Provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE).
  • Responsible for management and administration of several imperative HR processes.
  • Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COEs.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives – engagement action plan development and follow-up.
  • Talent Acquisition – corporate point of contact for programs.
  • Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent.
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required.
  • Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Ability to train and make presentations will also be required.
