• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude
• Uses proper procedures on hard floor care and carpet and upholstering
• Operates industrial floor care equipment for cleaning
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Properly processes all municipal solid waste, infectious, and pharmaceutical waste
• Disinfects receptacles and carts as needed
• Follows all safety standards and procedures
