About the role
- Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
- Maintains communication and responds to requests of department managers
- Tours and inspects the facility for quality management
- Reviews job orders and specifications to understand project requirements
- Maintains compliance with company and client standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must read, write and understand the native language
- Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations
- Requires listening, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and/or extended walking and standing
