About the role

  • The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities.
  • Partners closely with business leaders to ensure accurate revenue and expense planning.
  • Develops insightful analysis to drive business decisions and manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Presents monthly results to CPS and GPO finance leadership.
  • Monitors risks and opportunities and identifies potential mitigants.
  • Leads the preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic expense forecasts.
  • Prepares and delivers monthly financial reports and management presentations.
  • Manages and develops a team of two Finance Analysts, providing coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • CPA, CFA or MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years in a progressive finance role in FP&A or accounting, including 1–2 years in a people management role.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of building forecasts and models linked to key business drivers.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
