Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mid-level or Senior BDR, ideally in technology (SaaS) companies
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of consultative selling techniques (SPIN Selling, BANT, GPTC, Rapport)
  • Excellent communication skills—over the phone and across digital channels—with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering valuable solutions
  • Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools and CRM systems
  • Drive to grow professionally and collaborate across teams
