About the role
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and triage emails, legal portfolios, and time-sensitive requests.
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel, vendors, and internal departments on legal and compliance matters.
- Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and risk-related documentation.
- Support licensing, regulatory filings, and compliance tracking.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supporting legal, compliance, or executive-level functions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal or document management systems is a plus.
- Ability to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
