About the role
- Plan, create and publish relevant, strategic content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, among others), aligned with each channel's best practices;
- Develop a strategic editorial calendar focused on storytelling, industry trends and communication objectives;
- Translate technical topics (such as construction projects, logistics, etc.) into clear, engaging and informative content for diverse audiences;
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure visual identity and strategic messaging are consistent;
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and innovation opportunities for clients in the sector;
- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and propose effective strategies;
- Collaborate with other agency teams to ensure complete, integrated deliverables;
Requirements
- Must reside in Rio de Janeiro;
- Previous experience producing and managing content for corporate social media;
- Familiarity with topics related to the infrastructure sector (public works, engineering, energy, logistics, transportation);
- Strong understanding of major social networks, best practices and tools;
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone, able to move between technical and creative approaches;
- Proactive, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player;
