Requirements

  • manage operations through clear metrics and balance speed, accuracy, and contributor experience
  • analyze quality and productivity trends, identify gaps and risks, and drive process improvements
  • communicate with clarity and adapt to changing requirements
  • organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • work well in collaboration with delivery teams, clients, and contributors
  • confident working in Excel and can handle more than simple spreadsheets
  • experience in project management, process improvement, or data analytics (nice to have)
  • experience using Power BI (nice to have)
  • prior experience in a production, operations, or call center environment (nice to have)
