About the role
- Create natural, realistic Q&A pairs that mirror how users interact with SQL query results.
- Ensure each Q&A pair is linguistically clear, contextually accurate, and logically aligned with SQL outputs.
- Work on Finance domain
- Interpret SQL queries and corresponding result tables.
- Craft questions that reflect real user scenarios and information needs.
- Provide accurate answers fully aligned with the returned dataset.
- Verify consistency between question intent, query logic, and data output.
Requirements
- Residing in Bangladesh, Pakistan or India (outside locations would automatically be rejected)
- Understanding of SQL query logic (preferably Oracle SQL): filters, joins, groupings, aggregations, and subqueries.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts (schemas, tables, columns, rows, keys).
- Excellent written English and ability to write clear, natural questions.
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Domain familiarity in Finance
- Able to dedicate a minimum of 10-12 hours per week
