About the role
- Lead all aspects of business operations with full accountability for results
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve key performance metrics and growth targets
- Deliver a “gold standard” of service through coaching, training, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture that fosters engagement, retention, and career development
- Drive team growth through hiring, skill development, and succession planning
- Manage financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader with daily in-person presence required
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home services or a similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and operational leadership
- Playbook-driven leadership style with a bias for action
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- High energy, adaptability, and a proven ability to deliver results
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Deep respect for the Skilled Trades or similar people-focused industries
