About the role

  • Provide technical leadership to optimize the performance of the technology Infrastructure.
  • Configure tools and/or create scripts to automate infrastructure tasks.
  • Maintain operation procedures and checks, ensuring adherence to security policies.
  • Use infrastructure management tools to monitor load, performance, and security metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure design with organizational objectives and resolve design issues.
  • Monitor infrastructure for load, performance, and security events; report metrics and resolve operational issues.
  • Investigate security breaches using advanced tools and techniques, recommend corrective actions, and follow established procedures.
  • Provide specialized support for complex identity and access management operations, supporting the implementation of policies and standards.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as a systems administrator. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.
  • Proven ability to monitor and optimize IT environments.
  • Familiarity with security operations/standards and identity/access management.
