About the role
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of KYC and AML cases
- Investigate complex AML/CTF matters
- Conduct investigations and regulatory reporting of AML/CTF issues
- Support production leads and management in executing daily activities
- Drive process improvements and ensure procedures are followed
- Share knowledge of ANZ products/policies/procedures with team members
Requirements
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in AML/CTF
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Broad knowledge of banking and financial services products and procedures
- Willing to work in early morning shift
