• Overall delivery of the customer and project outcomes defined by the project scorecard & enabled by marketing
• Drive the strategic alignment and integration of marketing practices across all disciplines within the Marketing COE to ensure a unified approach for the major transformation project
• Shape project decisions to deliver positive customer outcomes, brand and reputational impacts
• Assess and articulate the marketing and customer implications of technology transformation across channels and touchpoints, with a customer centric perspective
• Design and build new marketing journeys for specific new product capability, in conjunction with Customer Experience and the Marketing squads to drive specific business objectives
