• Providing technical leadership and guidance to the GCC team
• Collaborating with New Zealand technical teams, Product Owner to define platform health scope and objectives.
• Collaborating on release management of Microservices Platform & Temporal Platforms for operational activities

• Defining solutions for automation of routine BAU platform tasks.
• Working closely with development teams in the event service handover
• Investigating vulnerabilities prior to sending to the engineers for resolution.
• Executing test plans to validate integration solutions, ensuring accuracy and system functionality.
• Identifying and resolving integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement new solutions.
