About the role
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for PCM solutions across International
- Originate, support and lead PCM solutioning across International with a focus on US-Europe-Asia corridor
- Contribute innovative ideas into ANZ’s responses to RFPs
- Coordinate efforts across sales teams to strengthen connections and expand PCM opportunities
- Design and implement sales campaigns across International
Requirements
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Transaction Banking
- Extensive PCM sales / product leadership experience
- Experience across multiple geographies
- Proven understanding of PCM customer solutions and strategy
- People leadership, influence and change management
- Growth mindset and understanding of emerging technologies
