About the role
- Lead and/or participate in engagements of all sizes
- Develop practical and innovative solutions to address client needs
- Prepare clear and crisp work-product and present insightful findings
- Conduct rigorous data analysis
- Contribute to the development of project plans, methodologies, and deliverables
- Oversee the work of junior team members
- Interact directly with clients, developing strong relationships
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of consulting experience and/or on point industry experience
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following financial services sectors: banking, capital markets, life / property & casualty / specialty insurance, annuities, retirement, asset management, or fintech
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with relevant data analysis tools and techniques is a plus (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
