About the role
- You develop reliable data foundations for strategic and operational decisions across e-commerce, customer experience and sales.
- You work closely with E‑Commerce, Marketing, IT and Retail teams.
- Analysis of shop, CRM, marketing and customer data
- Performance evaluations for campaigns and channels
- Creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio
- Development of forecasts and KPI models
- Building and further developing a central Data Lake as a single source of truth
- Harmonization and integration of various data sources (e‑commerce platform, CRM, ERP, marketing tools, POS)
- Designing and implementing modern analytics architectures in cooperation with IT and Data Engineering
- Automation of reporting and quality assurance
- Promoting innovation, AI use cases and data‑driven automation
- Active participation in transformation projects for the company’s digital development
Requirements
- University degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Statistics or Business Administration
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence or data‑driven marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI and SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 or Azure Data Services is a plus
- Initial experience in developing dataflows, semantic data models and modern data architectures
- Interest in CRM analytics, customer segmentation and Customer Lifetime Value
- Enthusiasm for automation, AI‑supported analytics and data‑driven innovation
- Enjoy working with data while keeping an eye on new tools, trends and AI
- Very good German and good English, spoken and written, for optimal communication within the team.
