About the role

  • Provide high-level operational human resource (HR) support across the division/department.
  • Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and support managers in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives, support recruitment processes, and drive employee engagement and development.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with employees, addressing their concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Direct employees to the appropriate source on special matters.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain HR databases, documentation, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Drive the recruitment process by initiating requisitions, conducting interviews, and ensuring the process stays on track.
  • Support and assist with the succession planning process to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
  • Ensure the proper completion of background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  • Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Upholding high ethical standards and integrity in all HR practices and decisions.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed; estimated 5-10%
