About the role
- Screen resumes and conduct individual and group interviews
- Schedule interviews and support candidates throughout the selection process
- Administer and score psychological tests (Palográfico, BFP and AC)
- Prepare evaluation reports and keep records of selection processes up to date
- Work on-site at units and construction sites when necessary to conduct interviews and group activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed or in progress)
- Experience administering and scoring psychological tests (preferred)
- Availability for occasional travel
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
