• Provide service and personnel in support of ANDRITZ Separation Inc. customers.
• Assist with installation, startup, and process performance, training and service of the equipment supplied.
• Manage overall department profit loss, budgeting, employees.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and performance evaluations for service team members.
• Develop and implement standard field service policy and procedure processes.
• Manage the execution of Service Contracts for preventative maintenance on customer’s equipment.
• Review and assist with execution scope to support quotations and service contracts for customers.
• Ensure customers receive completed service reports for repairs and maintenance performed on their equipment by the Service Department.
