About the role
- Advise and support management, the Danish Legal Entity board, and employees on HR-related matters
- Implement HR strategy and develop local policies
- Foster engagement across the organization
- Act as Deputy to the Feed & Biofuel Global HR Manager
- Drive recruitment, performance management, and change programs
- Build relationships with managers and employees
- Oversee HR administration for employees in Denmark and abroad
- Lead succession planning, salary reviews, and people development in collaboration with Global HR Manager
Requirements
- Strong advisory and coaching skills
- Fluency in Danish and English (German is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independence, integrity, and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Educational background in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR (MBA or Strategic People Management is a plus)
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant HR experience from a similar position
