About the role
- Overall responsibility for operational activities with direct impact on growth, customer satisfaction and results.
- Build, lead and develop a strong team that takes shared responsibility.
- Design sustainable processes — from Lean and continuous improvement (KVP) to digital production solutions.
- Implement investment projects and technological advancements in close coordination with executive management.
- Actively shape change processes — from turnaround initiatives to the next growth phase.
- Represent the company externally with clarity, integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- A completed degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience leading production or operational units within regulated industries (GMP, IFS, HACCP)
- Proven success in process optimization, change management or restructurings
- A leadership personality with clear communication, a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
- A passion for improving things — not just maintaining them
- Excellent German and English skills.
