About the role
- Responsible for building strategic client relationships and establishing client loyalty.
- Constantly looks for ways to build additional value delivery to clients and enhances the overall client experience.
- Identifies ways of increasing revenue opportunities for the company while improving the client's profit levels.
- Build pipeline by assisting agents in selling to existing dealers and acquiring new dealers.
- Train existing and new agents and their staffs on products.
- Assist agents on dealer installations and travel as needed.
- Communicate and help implement rate changes.
- Manage the onboarding process of new agents and new plans (or dealers).
Requirements
- 2+ year's minimum experience (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Some college (Preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Required)
