About the role

  • Responsible for building strategic client relationships and establishing client loyalty.
  • Constantly looks for ways to build additional value delivery to clients and enhances the overall client experience.
  • Identifies ways of increasing revenue opportunities for the company while improving the client's profit levels.
  • Build pipeline by assisting agents in selling to existing dealers and acquiring new dealers.
  • Train existing and new agents and their staffs on products.
  • Assist agents on dealer installations and travel as needed.
  • Communicate and help implement rate changes.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new agents and new plans (or dealers).

Requirements

  • 2+ year's minimum experience (Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Some college (Preferred)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Required)
