About the role

  • Develop engaging, platform-specific content for College Rivals IP across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Produce posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and graphics that reflect the College Rivals brand identity and resonate with the youth and collegiate audience.
  • Ideate and execute content that integrates sponsor brands organically within the College Rivals narrative (e.g., branded moments, product placement, campaign tie-ins).
  • Support event-based content creation across tournaments, campus activations, influencer integrations, and livestreams.
  • Monitor and actively engage with the College Rivals community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with student communities, fans, and esports enthusiasts.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for both College Rivals IP and sponsoring brand partners.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Emplifi, SocialBakers, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on gaming, esports, pop culture, and youth trends relevant to College Rivals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming, esports, youth marketing, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, audience behavior, and community-building best practices.
  • Experience working with influencer/creator-driven content is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working during weekends or evenings for major events, tournaments, or live activations when required.
