About the role

  • providing paralegal support to the team
  • liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
  • being responsible for and conducting various aspects of transactions
  • drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation and conducting some transactions from start to finish, with support from other team members
  • working with other team members on larger projects

Requirements

  • 6 months’ previous experience in a legal property team would be preferrable
  • experience of using Land Registry, HMRC, search provider, Companies House and indemnity insurance web sites and ability to draft basic forms and some documents
  • working knowledge at basic level of terminology and documents used in property transactions
