About the role
- Prepare trainees to successfully pass the MLO SAFE Exam, achieving pass rates over 75%
- Conduct effective remote, virtual training for large groups of attendees
- Host virtual and recorded training sessions
- Work with HR and Sales Leadership to ensure all training meets the needs of the organization
- Actively support and promote AmeriSave’s processes, procedures and culture
- Work closely with the other trainers to proactively review and revise training materials
- Provide individual support to all trainees and schedule follow up sessions as needed
- Stay abreast of industry, policy and product changes and update training material as needed
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure training efforts are producing the desired results
- Administer train the trainer sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years training experience
- Minimum 1 year SAFE training experience
- Mortgage loan origination experience required
- Experience in designing and developing training
- Experience in instructor led facilitation, webinars and virtual training
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
