About the role
- Ensure all Information Technology and cyber business processes are documented and executed in accordance with policy
- Identifies process issues for improvement, creates and implements new Information Technology or cyber processes to mitigate risks
- Maps business process using workflow diagrams, capturing decision metrics, and validating requirements
- Evaluate current Information Technology workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop new Information Technology processes and optimize existing ones to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Create detailed Information Technology process documentation and training materials to ensure compliance and facilitate understanding among team members
- Track and assess the performance of implemented processes to ensure they meet organizational goals and compliance standards
- Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that process improvements align with Information Technology business objectives
Requirements
- High School diploma and 7+ years of related work experience
- Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain SAP
- Minimum of 7 years of IT or cybersecurity experience in roles such as System Administrator, Network Administrator, Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) or other related roles
- A DoD Directive 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical or Manager Level I certification would be a plus
- ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean management or similar would be a plus
