About the role
- Serve as strategic point of contact for client
- Manage annual book of business and proactively monitor upcoming expirations
- Identify the risk management needs of clients and prospects
- Develop and recommend appropriate products and services
- Manage a team of 1-5 depending on the office
- Present custom solutions to clients and prospects in a clear and professional manner
- Prepare, analyze, execute and/or approve critical business documents
- Cultivate local underwriting relationships
Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years industry experience in property and casualty insurance
- Proficient in Applied Epic, Microsoft Office product suite, and Adobe Pro systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel as required
