About the role
- Deploy and integrate hospitality solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Product and Technical teams
- Set up and manage test and production environments
- Ensure maintenance of product implementation catalogue
- Act as subject matter expert for customer engagements
Requirements
- Min 12+ years experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Master preferred
- Understanding of Central Reservation System, Channel Management, GDS, Rates Mapping, and Guest Management System
- Experience with API integrations
- Background in software development or systems engineering is a plus
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience liaising with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Ability to propose process improvements
