About the role

  • You actively build new business and manage deals from first contact to signature
  • You work closely with management and our experts in UX/Tech/Delivery to turn needs into robust proposals and actionable projects
  • Active new client acquisition (outbound/cold outreach): phone, LinkedIn, email, network — including consistent follow-up
  • Discovery & qualification: you conduct structured initial conversations with decision-makers and clarify needs, target vision, and constraints
  • Initiating workshops/pitches together with our experts
  • Proposal management through to closing: you oversee proposals, negotiations and closing — commercially in close coordination with internal costing and resource planning
  • Pipeline & forecast: you keep opportunities clean and up to date in the CRM and work transparently and reliably

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of IT/digital/software/consulting services
  • Outbound is standard for you: you can proactively build and maintain a pipeline
  • Ownership & closing strength: you follow through — from first contact to signature
  • Structured, reliable and clear communication (internally and externally)
  • You explain complex topics clearly — without buzzwords and with substance
  • German: business fluent; English: good
