About the role

  • Manage employment contracts, contract changes, work permits, and labour law compliance for Spain and other EU countries.
  • Support implementation of EU directives and HR policies (e.g., pay transparency, overtime).
  • Coordinate & create global and local HR policies.
  • Oversee occupational health and risk-prevention processes across all European countries, as needed.
  • Administer country-specific benefits (pension plans, health insurance, lunch vouchers, etc.) and update external provider databases.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR and other HR tools.
  • Develop HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Execute all HR administrative tasks for new hires and leavers to ensure a smooth experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR administration or as an HR Generalist, with a focus on compensation & benefits and international labour law.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, power BI).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred but not required).
  • Experience with time tracking systems (Timmi/Lucca preferred but not required).
