About the role

  • Design and develop innovative back-end features that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize and maintain our existing solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work closely with front-end and product teams to ensure smooth integration and an optimal user experience.
  • Actively participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement phases within a DevOps approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years post-graduation) in back-end development, with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, and proficiency in service-oriented architectures.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, and solid software engineering practices.
  • Strong team spirit, high degree of autonomy, and a commitment to code quality.
  • Technical curiosity and a desire to grow in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
