About the role
- Build and maintain strong working relationship with 1st Line leadership
- Align enterprise culture priorities to the ERRM framework
- Educate and empower 1st Line to drive risk and resiliency culture
- Assist in the development a holistic view of risk and return
- Serve as a trusted risk advisor
- Execute or lead risk and return reviews
- Review, research, interpret, and analyze internal and external risk data
- Assist with independent challenge of first line risk management activities
- Influence the appropriate management of culture and operational risk
