About the role

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for our Jobticket+ product.
  • Focus on automating the sales funnel.
  • Outbound focus: implement and manage automation to reach out to B2B customers.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute AI-driven strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Jobticket+ to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

  • Required: German at a native or near-native level.
  • Proven experience as a successful B2B Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools and strategies.
  • Familiarity with the mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
