About the role
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for our Jobticket+ product.
- Focus on automating the sales funnel.
- Outbound focus: implement and manage automation to reach out to B2B customers.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Develop and execute AI-driven strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Jobticket+ to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Required: German at a native or near-native level.
- Proven experience as a successful B2B Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with the mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
