About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care for residents
- Individualized support and activation-oriented daily activities
- Documentation of the nursing process
- Ensuring the quality of care within the team
- Providing a listening ear to residents and their families
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a registered nurse (RN), geriatric nurse, and/or health and nursing care professional
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry (geriatric psychiatry)
- Both experienced professionals and career starters welcome
- Team player with empathy in dealings with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Comfortable working with IT systems
