About the role
- Planning, organization and coordination of digital and in-person seminars and training sessions
- Management and administration of the Learning Management System, including maintenance of participant data and seminar materials
- Acquisition of new seminar presenters and management of existing presenters
- Advising and supporting participating colleagues, presenters and cooperation partners
- Continuous further development of our learning platform and digital learning content
- Regular coordination with our product specialists to develop and implement new training offerings
- Support for public relations and seminar marketing
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and within the care sector
- Very good IT skills, especially with digital Learning Management Systems
- Initial experience in managing internal and external partners and trainers
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
