About the role

  • Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
  • Individualized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
  • Documentation of the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality of care in collaboration with the team
  • Providing a listening ear to residents and their relatives

Requirements

  • Completed professional training as a qualified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse
  • Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
  • Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Willingness to work all shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends)
  • Basic IT affinity/skills
