About the role
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records, etc.)
- Ensuring quality of care in collaboration with the team
- Providing a listening ear to residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Able to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Willingness to work all shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends)
- Basic IT affinity/skills
