About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier clinical talent using clinical networks, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Leverage Allara’s employer brand to position us as a leading destination for women’s healthcare professionals
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline organization within ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to align recruitment efforts with clinical hiring priorities
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Allara’s mission and values
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring journey
- Ensure robust pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure hiring coverage, alignment, and seamless handoff
- Monitor and report on hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed on licensure and hiring requirements across multiple states and specialties
Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience, with a demonstrated ability to hire licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., APRNs, MDs, RDs) across multiple states
- Must have telehealth recruitment experience, with a clear understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances across states
- Must have start-up experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Expert sourcing skills, you know how to go beyond job boards to uncover and engage top clinical talent
- Proficient applicant tracking systems, with a focus on accuracy, pipeline management, and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, you see gaps and take initiative to close them
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder who can engage candidates with authenticity and care
- Passionate about women’s health and excited to contribute to a mission-driven clinical workforce
- Data-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving recruitment outcomes
