About the role
- Lead financial planning and analysis for multiple business units
- Drive strategic insights and enabling data-informed decisions
- Manage a team of analysts and collaborate closely with business and finance leaders
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
- Champion automation and dashboarding tools to streamline reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts
- Deliver financial insights to support leadership decisions
Requirements
- CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA or MBA in Finance/M.Com
- 12+ years total experience, with exp in in FP&A
- Experience in outsourcing or professional services is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Insights, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting and scenario modeling tools is advantageous
