About the role
- Conducts organizational learning needs analysis through consultation with leadership and HR, data analysis, and research.
- Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of learning programs for the Alight India population.
- Leads a team responsible for planning, designing, facilitating, and administering leadership development initiatives.
- Evaluates existing learning programs and recommends improvements based on evolving organizational priorities.
- Defines clear learning objectives and supports an environment that encourages continuous development.
- Collaborates with internal experts and external partners to develop learning solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manages and updates enterprise-level onboarding content and experiences in response to organizational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning content development tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
- Experience managing global learning programs across diverse regions
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Skilled in virtual facilitation tools such as MS Teams
