• Facilitate design coordination and trade-offs between internal teams and external partners
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; drive optimization
• Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for entire systems
• Manage sourcing, fabrication and assembly of hardware components with suppliers
• Oversee documentation and reporting of processes, designs and tests
