About the role

  • Support the updating and maintenance of job roles.
  • Monitor talent market movements to provide input for decision-making.
  • Act in a consultative capacity, offering mentorship to leaders and ensuring people management best practices.
  • Influence and drive change across teams, collaborating on strategies to accelerate organizational transformation.
  • Guide leaders on people management guidelines, policies, and programs, promoting adoption of best practices.
  • Act as a guardian of company culture and climate, ensuring alignment with Aliare's values.
  • Contribute to team development by supporting leaders in building high-performance teams.
  • Analyze and support the management of people-related metrics, proposing action plans focused on organizational results.
  • Identify and map talent, working with leadership to create development, retention, and succession plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with the People & Culture team, sharing internal and external diagnostics to generate solutions that add business value.
  • Manage the employee offboarding process and provide leaders with feedback on lessons learned from talent departures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies in areas such as People Management, an MBA in HR, or related courses will be considered a plus.
  • Strategic mindset and strong decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide leaders and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Consultative and collaborative profile, with substantial experience in mentoring and leadership development.
  • Proactive and flexible, able to adapt to change and new challenges.
  • Professional experience in technology companies is a plus.
