• Design and execute strategies to attract, engage, and grow relationships with senior executive audiences.
• Define and manage the end-to-end executive user journey across events, content, digital, and account engagement.
• Map and optimize pathways that strengthen relationships with key executives, aligning with revenue acceleration and retention priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, and Comms to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for executive audiences.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks, and measurement systems to scale executive journey orchestration globally.
• Own the strategy and execution of audience acquisition for flagship executive programs, including the annual Executive Summit and World Economic Forum (Davos).
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to attract, convert, and engage senior executives.
• Partner with Sales and executive sponsors to ensure the right mix of prospects, customers, and partners participate in executive programs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies, improve conversion, and maximize ROI of executive engagement.
