About the role
- Create and manage an editorial calendar aligned with the company’s strategic plan, including integrated campaigns and product launches;
- Manage content across multiple channels, leading the creation and distribution of content in various formats (including videos, blogs, ebooks, infographics, etc.) and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), optimized for each stage of the marketing funnel and the specifics of each channel;
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and other team members to develop scripts that explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way;
- Develop top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel content strategies for lead generation and brand strengthening;
- Use data and analytics to evaluate content performance, identify trends and insights, and continuously optimize strategies and tactics to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI;
- Work in partnership with SEO, Social, Paid, and Performance teams so the editorial planning also meets the needs of these areas, ensuring quality and consistency of the group companies’ messaging;
- Work with designers to develop visual assets that complement content, such as social media graphics or presentations;
- Research and implement SEO techniques to optimize content and improve search engine rankings;
- Conduct keyword research, market trend analysis, and competitor research to ensure the group’s brands are positioned strategically and competitively in the digital environment;
- Produce reports for periodic monitoring of the main KPIs across the channels used in the Inbound Marketing strategy to analyze and improve the full demand and revenue generation funnel between Marketing and Sales;
- Write copy aligned with personas and the objectives of each nurture campaign;
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations in Digital Marketing, such as Artificial Intelligence, Marketing Automation, and Influencer Marketing.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing agencies, technology companies, and/or government projects is a plus;
- Experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating successful content strategies in both B2C and B2B environments;
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring timelines and budgets;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance data and adjust strategies as needed;
- Proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
