About the role
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to handover
- Ensure delivery to agreed Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
- Develop project schedules and manage risks
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to meet milestones
- Incorporate lessons learned into product development
- Maintain responsibility for QCD until 28 days post-launch
Requirements
- Background in managing sizeable engineering projects, preferably within the automotive sector
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
